I think this orchid-type flower is supposed to represent how well everything is going
let me tell you that it doesn’t end well for the flower

The Assessment (2024)

This movie sure did look great: rich colors and textures galore. The script felt like it was trying make a few statements about a couple of things, but didn’t really say any of them. Were they eating the maggots or was that just to show how alive the food was?

Tornado (2025)

Nothing is more dreadful than a villain/antagonist/monster that will just keep coming and no amount of running will create enough distance because you will never escape! (e.g. It Follows). Tornado, the titular character, eventually turns the chase on its head and metes out blood-spraying revenge. The script and character development are a bit thin, but there are definitely worse movies to look at lol.

The Last Duel (2021)

I’m not convinced that Ben Affleck or Matt Damon were the right casting choices for a film set in 14th century France, but who am I to say? There’s a lot of bleach-blonde Affleck and his goatee which is either a highlight or a lowlight, idk. Some people seemed to like it, I’m not convinced it’s worth your time.
